Processing Time: "Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Please note that bespoke and personalized items require additional production time of 5-7 business days before shipping."
Shipping Methods & Times (UK): "We offer the following shipping options within the UK:
- Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days
Please note: Processing time is in addition to shipping time."
Print-on-Demand Notice: "Our products are made to order by our trusted UK fulfillment partners. This means your item is created specifically for you, reducing waste and ensuring quality."
Tracking: "You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can track your package through we send in your confirmation.
Delays: "During peak periods (holidays, sales), processing and shipping times may be extended. We'll notify you of any significant delays."
International Shipping (if applicable): Currently we offer shipping worldwide. Shipping rates may vary outside of the UK based on external factors beyond our control, we will notify you of any changes if applicable that could affect the advertised rate.
